a. The Flexibuild Allowance is our unique approach to selling customizable homes. Unlike the traditional way of having a base price, certain included features and everything else an option, the base price of our homes includes an allowance so you can select certain option and upgrades that are then included in the base price. In essence, you decide what the included features of your home should be.
a. Because of the Flexibuild Allowance we include in the base price of our homes we can design most home exteriors without any additional cost to you.

a. Our Welcome Center is opened daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. You do not need an appointment to visit our Welcome Center or tour our model homes.
